Home Cancellation Policy

Education Program Cancellation policy:

a)    Queensland Canoeing Cancellation:

  • A full refund will apply to any Event cancelled by Queensland Canoeing.
  • Course participants will have the option of transferring the credited entry fees to another Event of their nomination, or having that money returned by Electronic Funds Transfer to their nominated bank account.

b)    Participant Cancellation:

Should you as the participant cancel or withdraw your application, then for notice received:

21 days prior Full refund less a $30 administration fee
Between 10 and 21 days prior 50% refund less a $30 administration fee
10 days prior or less No refunds or transfer

All cancellation requests, and instructions for refunds or transfers must be received in writing to qc.education@canoe.org.au
